Intervista al nostro grande Lorenzo Pinamonte! - Interview with Lorenzo Pinamonte

Ebbene si, siamo riusciti a raggiungete Lorenzo Pinamonte il quale, se ancora tutti non lo sanno, è stato il primo giocatore Italiano nella storia del Brentford.
Egli ha giocato solamente una stagione (2000/01) collezionando 23 presenze e 2 gol.
Per venire in contro ai nostri amici Inglesi l'intervista è in italiano ma tradotta anche in Inglese.

Yes, we managed to reach Lorenzo Pinamonte which, if you still do not know it all, was the first Italian player in the history of Brentford.  
He played only one season (2000/01), collecting 23 appearances and 2 goals.  
To come in against our English friends the interview is in Italian but translated into English.

Prima di tutto volevo ringraziare Lorenzo per la simpatia e la gentilezza che mi ha dimostrato in questi giorni, poi chiedo scusa se magari l'articolo non è dei migliori ma mi vanto di NON essere un giornalista! (scusate anche per la non corretta traduzione ma non sono un fenomeno in Inglese! ).

First of all I want to thank Lorenzo for the sympathy and kindness shown to me these days, then maybe ask if the item is not the best but I am proud NOT to be a journalist!

1-A 20 anni come ti ci sei ritrovato in Inghilterra al Bristol City?
  Giocavo nel verona hellas,mi allenavo con la prima squadra e giocavo nella primavera,a fine stagione facemmo un amichevole contro il bristol e chiesero informazione di me e da li iniziò tutto!!!...

1-At 20 years old as you are there found in England at the Bristol City?

2-Invece l'approdo al Brentford?Hai giocato una sola stagione (2000/01) o sbaglio?

Si si solo una,dal bristol ero andato al brighton in prestito e stavo facendo bene e il brentford mi puntò e alla fine mi prese per 75000 sterline!!

 

2-Instead the approach to Brentford've played one season (2000/01) or am I wrong?  

It is only one, from bristol I went to Brighton on loan and I was doing well and the brentford me and pointed at the end took me by 75,000 pounds!

3-come giudichi l'esperienza col Brentford, come ti sei trovato e com'è andata la tua stagione a livello personale (si a livello personale che numerico). Come mai una sola stagione?

A brentford mi son trovato benissimo,un bel gruppo e una bella società...ho giocato poco,ero giovane e ero li solo,forse se c'era qualcuno che mi seguiva di più avrei potuto fare qualcosa di più..ma vabbè cmq è sempre stata una bellissima esperienza.

3-how do you rate the experience with Brentford, how you found and how was your season on a personal level (you personally and numeric). How come only one season?  

A brentford I found myself very well, a good group and a good company ... I played a little, I was young and I was there alone, maybe if there was someone behind me more I could do something more .. but oh well cm ² has always been a wonderful experience.

4-Un bel ricordo o un aneddoto che ti è rimasto impresso di quell'anno (i gol a parte)?

Ma di Brentford ricordo tante cose con piacere sopratutto avevo legato con Paul Gibbs e Jason Pearcey quest ultimo viene a trovarmi nel mio hotel a Garda ogni tanto...brentford lo seguo sempre via internet e cmq e'stata una straordinaria esperienza sia di vita che calcistica

4-A beautiful memory or a story that I was impressed by that year (the goal aside)?  

That Brentford remember so many things I was especially pleased with paul gibbs and tied with Jason Pearcey this last one comes to see me in my hotel in Garda sometimes ... brentford always follow him via internet and everyway It has been an amazing experience both life and football

5-Avendo giocato per più squadre inglesi, come l’hanno presa le tifoserie? O li non è come passare  da milan-inter o torino-juventus?

Qui in italia dovrebbero imparare tanto dallo spirito che hanno i giocatori inglesi in campo...e anche le tifoserie italiane avrebbero da imparare.

5-Having played for several English clubs, as they took the fans? Or how to get from them is not inter-milan-juventus turin or?
Here in Italy should learn a lot from the spirit that English players in the field ... and even the fans would have to learn Italian.

6-Una bees italiana che è anche allenatore giovanile chiede come può infondere un po’ di spirito e sportività inglese ai suoi ragazzi.

può dire ai ragazzi di non mollare mai in campo di dare sempre tutto,che l'importante dopo la partita che sia vittoria o sconfitta di guardare dentro di loro e chiedersi se hanno dato tutto e di uscire a testa alta....

6-One Italian Bees youth coach who is also wonders how he can infuse a little 'spirit and sportsmanship English to his boys. He can tell the kids to never give up on the field to give everything, that the important thing is that after the game win or lose to look inside themselves and ask whether they have given everything and get out of our heads held high ....

7-Sei mai tornato a Brentford e se ci ci vai spesso?

No non sono più tornato ma prima o poi tornerò!!!

7-Have you ever returned to Brentford and if you go there often?  

No I've never returned but sooner or later I will return!

 8-Cosa fai ora sportivamente parlando? Sei ancora allenatore del Garda?

Si l'anno scorso facevo l'allenatore in seconda del Garda,dopo aver vinto due campionati dilettantistici di fila quest anno facevo all e giocatore,giocavo poco,ma l'ultima di campionato dovevamo vincere per salvarci.,a 15 min dalla fine eravamo 1-1 entrai e dopo 5 min feci il gol del 2-1 e 3-1...salvi!!!

8-What do you do now sporting talking about? Are you still coach of the Garda?  

It is the last year I was an assistant coach del Garda, after winning two amateur championships in a row this year and did all player, did not play much, but the last championship had to win to save us., 15 minutes from the end we were I went 1-1 and after 5 min did the 2-1 and 3-1 ... save!

9-Posso dire qualcosa alle api inglesi da parte tua?(frequento i loro forum e leggono con piacere il nostro blog anche perché li tengo informati).
